You may order your cookies in advance.  We will ship your order to arrive on the date you need.  Cookies are baked fresh just prior to shipping and have a shelf life of 30 days from when they are shipped, if individually wrapped.  All sales are final.

Order Time

Please allow 5 business days plus shipping time for orders.  Orders of 100 or more, please allow 10 business days plus shipping time.  Orders of 300 or more, please contact us to inquire about delivery time (This does not mean that it will be longer than 10 business days).

You can specify exact date you want delivered during check out.  You may put ASAP, and they will be shipped within 5 business days.

If you need a rush order, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate you.  A rush order fee MAY apply.

All orders must be prepaid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, check or money order.  Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is received.  If paying by check or money order, this will affect the lead-time needed.

Local Delivery

Orders are delivered from 7am to 5 pm ? Monday through Friday.  Local deliveries are available in the Kansas City metro area for both Kansas and Missouri. 

Rates start at $10 and are based on your delivery location. 

Someone must be at the delivery location at the time of delivery.  If we try to deliver you order and there is not someone available to take the order, we will re-schedule a delivery date and you will be charged for a re-delivery fee plus an additional delivery charge.  If we attempt to deliver a second time without success, we will not re-deliver or refund you for your order or any delivery charges incurred.

Shipping

Nationwide Shipping is available through UPS and USPS Express, utilized at our discretion.

If you need an order to arrive on Saturday or Sunday you will need to use USPS Express.

UPS does not require that you sign for the package and they will leave it at the door.  We are not responsible for any packages that are left unattended.

Hot Weather Policy

In the Summer Months (May-Sept), we will only ship orders (2nd day minimum) and an additional $5.00 charge will apply for cooler and gel ice packs.  Orders will not be delivered UPS when it would result in an order being held in their warehouse over the weekend. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and your order could be ruined in the warehouse over the weekend.
